Quads Hams and Calves

If there is any body part that has changed over the last 20 years it is legs there has been a major increase in the size of bodybuilders today and nothing has attributed to this increase greater than the legs.

Hamstrings which were a simple after though for most bodybuilders in the 50s are now bulging from the back of  legs like biceps.  I can remember when black men use genetics as an excuse for poor calves, but today the only excuse is the failure to workout. the day of the big upper body and skinny legs no longer exist, a complete balance body wins contest nothing else to say.
