Chest and Back Training Routines
If there are two body parts that I
think separates a good bodybuilder from a great one is chest and back. lets do a
backward walk in time. Not that I condone the drug use of the I.F.B.B. but lets
face it they are the standard.
Larry Scott,
Sergio Olivia, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Columbu, Frank Zane, Chris
Dickerson, Samir Bannout, Lee Haney, Dorian Yates, Ronnie Coleman. that's 10 men
who have held the title of Mr. Olympia in 45 years. Now let look at some facts;
-
5
Champions have had a great chest totaling over 26 of the 45 years.
-
6
champions have had great backs totaling over 32 of the 45 years
-
7 champions
have had either a great back or chest totaling 39 of the 45 years on winners.
Now my
question to you is can you afford to have a bad chest or back?
