Strength Calculator
One Rep Max, or 1RM is a number used to define how much weight
you can lift for a single movement from start to finish. Most people never lift
their one re max but knowing what is it is important in determining how much
weight you should use on other exercises.
If you are like I was when I first started lifting, you followed
ever bodybuilding routine you read about. and most of those
routine suggest weight in relation to your One Rep Max. If for not other reason
than you enjoy training like the stars, you need to know your One Rep Max.
The Calculator below helps you calculate your One Rep Max and
even the percentages of your One Rep Max. All you have to do in put in the
weight that you lifted and the amount of reps that you did( assuming the reps
were between 1-10 reps) and click on calculate and you have it! your One
Rep Max!
